Shipping policy

Couriers

We use a mixture of Royal Mail and DPD to fulfil our orders depending on item size, weight and location.

Because of the high-efficiency of modern logistical networks within the UK and Europe, we opt for standard shipping by road to minimise our carbon footprint concerning air travel.

Orders outside of the UK an the EU with use air travel to fulfil orders as other methods, though cheaper, impose greater risk of damage or loss and significantly longer waiting times.

We accept no responsibility for the condition of goods you receive once they are passed on to the courier, however we will provide you images or your order's condition to the provided email along with your product manual prior to boxing and shipping. Our packaging quality will be such as to minimise any potential mishandling or weather damage.

 

Delivery Times

Orders within the UK and Europe, once shipped, on average will arrive between 3-7 business days.

Orders outside of the UK and Europe, once shipped, on average will arrive between 3-11 business days.

Express fabrication and shipping can be opted for as an additional service for your purchase order only.

 

Import Duties and Taxes

Please be aware that customers from Europe and overseas  are responsible to find out their countries import custom rules and regulations. You are also liable to pay all import duties and taxes up on arrival of your goods. Failure to do so puts all order at risk to be returned back to us or destroyed. We highly recommend contacting your local authorities and seek their advice prior to you place the order. We can not take any responsibility for any additional costs occurred during transit.
