Here's our take on a premium performance Nunchaku.

Featuring a sturdy 7075 Aluminium chassis available in 19mm or 22mm diameters depending on your size preference, these Chucks are designed with indelicate usage in mind. 

We always aim to minimise the amount of exposed metal on any of our props so we have opted for Technora rope to provide the Himo (rope connector) between the two Monouchi (handles)

This provides a more supple feeling in the hands and a fire-safe experience.

The Technora Himo, by the use of of dual swivels, is completely free to rotate independent of the Monouchi. This allows for spinning on the ground for fuel trails and burn-offs in more interesting ways, as well as negating any twisting restriction and unpredictable feedback from dynamic use.

To prevent the Technora Fibres snagging on the interface, we machine our own Ana (Flute/hole for connecting the Himo) to a high polish from 6082 Aluminium which secures the swivel in place out of harm's way and provides a smooth surface for the rope to interact with.

Using our Nightshade flat wick design, creates a tough, highly absorbent wick that can take a beating, but it also means that the sacrificial outer weave to be replaced as and when it wears through, rather than having to replace the entire fire head.
